We had a lovely stay, our family room was a little less fancy than the rwat of the hotel but thats fine, the food was lovely and so were the staff. The pool was nice, the area needs a little bit of a refresh and the spa was out of order but overall we had a loveky stay and will be back.

I love staying here. This is my 4th stay. Staff is lovely, rooms are perfect comfortable and it’s great to have the addition of the gym can’t wait to be back

Staff at Reception was not smiling and that just put me off. Did not want to make much effort to welcome. Room was lovely. Very warm but i opened a window. No fridge though. Lovely dated property though. Didn't get to use pool or stay for breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Room was very dated and very dusty/dirty in places/bathroom dated. There was also a little bit of a smell in the room. Given this, dont think it was worth the money paid.

Delightful hotel

This hotel was delightful The staff were excellent and the swimming pool area was great - even though the pool itself is quite small. If we need to stay in the area again we will certainly rebook.

Lovely stay in a great size family room. Swimming pool for the kids was great. Staff all friendly and very helpful (we had a visit from the tooth fairy whilst there 😊 ) Pancakes for breakfast made the kids day! Good location with car to lots of things. Would recommend.

Efficient, helpful and friendly staff from check in to check out. Refurbished bathroom spoilt by damage to panel at side of bath and bottom of bathroom door and bottom of cup(?) stain on wood at side of basin. Room comfortable, clean and quiet.
