「Both the owner and the guests were very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. Many of the guests were elderly, creating a calm atmosphere, and I could sleep well at night. 「The room I had had no kitchen but with lots of dining options available a couple of minutes walk away was not a issue. The room was huge, the bathroom with spa was amazing and the bed comfortable. A bus five minutes walk away took you to the train station and shopping mall.」

「今回は、２回目のパースでした。夫婦二人でしたので、コンパクトな宿を探してパームスB&Bに決めました。ここに滞在を決めたことは、とても良い選択でした。テレサさんは、とても親切だしご主人も楽しい人です。立地条件も素晴らしいです。パースシティーまで、近くの駅からたった４駅です。すぐ近くにショッピングセンターもあり、よく利用しました。特にレンタカーを使って移動する人には、利用しやすいと思います。私たちもスワンリバー、ピナクルズ、フリーマントル、その他国立公園やビーチなどいろいろな場所を訪れることができました。テレサさんがお勧めしてくれた公園も素晴らしかったです。それから、朝食の時、そこに泊まっておられるほかの旅行者の方とのおしゃべりも楽しいひと時でした。また、次回パースを訪れるときにもお世話になりたいと思います。」

「Minus10 stars. I was expecting a BNB (although I have never stayed in one before). No air conditioning, No private TV, one in the lounge area (?), broken power cord not working, no chairs. The house had; I think seven bedrooms all appeared to be occupied by either FIFO's or students. One bathroom between all. On the second day, the bathroom was unusable because it was being painted. There was a sign that was not there when I left in the morning, saying that guests could use the owners bathroom...

「Excellent position for sea and restaurants. Rooms wth single beds were too small for suitcases so kept downstairs. Good showers with good hair and body lotions. Downstairs shower good without bath ,for older patrons.Great laundry.」
