「WOW. I cannot even begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. The cabin was so inviting and comfortable It was easy to just stay in and relax. You didn’t feel the need to leave. There was so much to enjoy, the decks, fireplaces, the river, and enough space for a family our family of 8 to spread out and have their own space. 「Loved every minute vacationing at the Guest House "Holly Hill" in Charles City, VA! The Saltwater Pool was extremely luxurious and relaxing! Even though we had quite a few days of rain, the sun still came out long enough for us to swim in the pool! The two new managers Justin and Charles were very nice and helpful. This was their first year managing the property and they did an excellent job! Was sad that Steve Rula, Jr has retired and we missed not seeing his smiling face! Wish Steve the best...

「Very comfortable apartment. I really appreciated the 2 bedroom/2 bath layout since I was traveling with my sister. No amenities to speak of in the off season. (I was hoping for a relaxing soak in the hot tub one night but there were screaming children everywhere, including an apparently unsupervised 4 or 5 year old in the tub.) 「I will book again. The staff was wonderful and eager to assist. The room was spacious accommodating. You're fully responsible for your own meals but the water park makes up for it all. The lodge has activites planned out all day with a wonderful app to help guide you. I was surprised when I arrived and there was a $20 daily parking fee, I didn't see that anywhere on the website. But my trip was great,」
