「This beautiful home was build with love and we were made to feel like family. Every inch of the house has been put together with thought and is clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was prepared for us on our schedule and was delicious. I would go out of my way to stay here again!」

「Staff was very helpful 」

「Great View but poorly maintained. The view of the river is fantastic and the AC works in the back half of the house. However, the house has not been maintained as there is one small window AC unit for the front half as the HVAC has not been repaired by the owner. The front half of the house is one large common area with the kitchen, living and dining areas. It was too hot to use those areas so we ended up carrying a coffee table into the back and sitting on pillows to play games rather than...

「Amazing location on a lovely farm. Super cozy, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.」

「Beautiful place. The only problem, was the stairs. Our 70 yo knees got a work out. The waterfront is beautiful.」

「We had plenty of parking with easy access...We came to ride the trails and enjoyed miles of trails in either direction. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Towels were large and soft. Linens were comfortable ...Throw blankets and pillows in the living room area, gas logs and large TV...The host was always available and checked several times to make sure we had everything we needed...Sweet little house 」

「We stopped in for a night, but would have loved to stay more. It’s a peaceful stay. Very clean and the hosts are friendly.」

「Property was amazing. Great location. Loved being able to fish off the dock. Very quiet and peaceful. It was very clean, lots of kitchen items for cooking, and loved having a grill. When needing assistance with things, I got a very quick response. Only negatives were that the downstairs fridge and outside ceiling fan did not work. Neither of those negatively impacted the stay. Would definitely stay again.」

「Very clean and peaceful! We chose this place because of the location. Everything we wanted to do and see was within a half an hour.」

「Very attractive home-owners worked very hard to make us feel welcome! Everything that we could possibly need was supplied!Thank you for sharing your house with us!」

「The property is wonderful! Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood! And the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor perfect for me and my mother, with super comfy mattresses! Best naps ever! And the rest of the house, yard, amenities, instructions, and neighbors, the best, as we traveled back and forth from our annual Chickahominy powwow! Thanks again and we'll spread the good word too!」

「Welcoming and very responsive!」

「We had an excellent week - everything was perfect for toddler, pre-teens, adults and seniors.」

「Have stayed here several times. Great floor plans. We are retired & if not for having children who may visit, we could live in their 1 bedroom suite. Large indoor pool & hot tub. Huge outdoor pool in season. Great tennis courts. Did not visit game room or attend activities. Lots of trees. Can easily walk around on their wide roads. Convenient to Williamsburg & rest of area.」
