"Great location within walking distance of the beach and Camana Bay for shopping/dining. Our room had one queen, one king and two twin beds along with a couch. It was very spacious. The exterior of the building looked a little dated/faded but the interior was great. It was amazing having towels and chairs to use whenever we needed them for the beaches/pool. Our only complaint was that the bathroom door was a barn door. It had no latch or lock and you could see into it via a gap on the side when walking by. "

"Housekeeping is only provided once every 6 nights. They do not replace coffee pods in the room. We asked for a different room and the front desk informed us that they were fully booked despite the fact that the hotel was nearly empty. Seaweed was a daily issue on the beach. Prices were very high for food and drink however the food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The hotel rooms were outdated. Pools were very small. I would not stay there again."

"Third time staying here and it gets better every time! They recently renovated and the new rooms are really nice! With two little kids, it was nice to have a little kitchen to store and reheat as needed. We arrived 2 hours early and they accommodated us quickly which was very helpful with little kids! The short walk the Westing and having all the restaurants right by us were a huge plus! We can’t wait to go back! "

All services worked smoothly, and everything was well organized. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others."
