"What an amazing propery, host and home! We had a fantastic stay with plenty to do for everyone from ages 7 to 80. The house was clean and what a beautiful location. Morne was filled with great recommendations for food and activities. The only thing to keep in mind is that the beach isn't swimmable from the house itself, but there are plenty of great beach options close by."

"We had a wonderful week stay at Azure Breeze. We had everything we needed in the condo and the property beach was awesome. We kayaked and did some snorkeling. You definitely need to rent a car if staying on the north side. We explored the entire island! "

"The house was very clean and well maintained. It is however, a little outdated. When we arrived for check in with groceries in hand, the crew was still in the house attempting to fix the dishwasher which was not communicated to us. The location is remote, not close to affordable groceries or many restaurants. This isn't a complaint, just something we didn't realize. The dock is not covered like pictured at the neighbors, again, just something that wasn't clear in the pictures. The pool is a plunge pool size, not really suitable for swimming, but the kids loved it. At one point the manager came to our door and told us to close the windows and put away the kayaks. This was a little strange as we are usually left to enjoy our vacation without supervision. The house is extremely close to a busy road, so caution with kids getting in and out of vehicles. This also created some road noise for the two back bedrooms. The back area is peaceful and quiet. We loved having the kayaks. You do have to rent or bring your own snorkeling equipment. The area in front of the house is quite shallow, but if you venture out you can find some good snorkel areas. Overall this is a nice house, but didn't quite meet our expectations compared to other properties we have stayed at. "

"I was looking for a peaceful, non-crowded, and relaxing beach location and this was great for us. There were many days that we had the beach completely to ourselves! The place was clean and well-equipt with everything we needed and more. It had a lovely screened in porch if you wanted the view without the sand. There was good communication from the host. We could travel quickly to a few restaurants at Rum Point, and there were several others within a 20 min. drive. The reef was a little too far out for me, but my husband swam out to snorkel there a few times.I didn't get in the ocean right in front of our place much due to rocks or sea grass, but I was perfectly content to sit and read. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"Would definitely stay here again. House is very clean and has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The view of the ocean was top notch and the pool was bigger than expected! It was nice having access to beach chairs, cooler, and floaties for the pool."

"The pictures do not do this property justice as nice as they are. We have been to the Caymans many times and this house has one of the best locations on the north side. The owner the staff are excellent. "

"Great place to stay. The frontage is rocky so it is not easy to walk right into the ocean but there is a ladder off the pier to enter for snorkeling. Rum Point is just around the corner- can walk on the beach or road to get to it and is a lot calmer and out of the wind. I would say the only negative was being farther away from a lot of the tourist things and snorkeling we wanted to do. "

"This is a good spot for a couple, as it has a lovely view of the sea from the lanai. My husband had had leg surgery 7 weeks prior, so we made good use of the exercise room and the pool for morning physio therapy. With a friendly smile, the groundskeeper works tirelessly to keep the property spotless. In fact, he was just one of many truly lovely people that we met during our one week stay. We do 2 Caribbean vacations each year and we think that this was possibly the friendliest atmosphere we have encountered. This includes locals and expats. Everyone wanted to make our stay the best it could be. It was a nice feeling.The little beach area was perfect for us, never having to fight for a beach chair! We never missed a sunset.Unfortunately, we had a severely windy week that cancelled our bioluminescence tour and kept us from doing as much snorkelling as we’d like, but this point is part of a marine protected area, making it a great spot for snorkelling. We got in 3 snorkels and saw a spotted eagle ray, green turtles, porcupine fish, a big mutton snapper, lionfish (unfortunately), lots of the usual reef species and stingrays on the nearby sandbar.We will be back to do more snorkeling and to get that bioluminescence tour in!"
