"The Pink Beach House was perfect for our family of 4, and there was plenty of extra space. Everyone had a spot they could go to to read, chill, snorkel, cool off in the pool - pretty much had everything plus privacy. We were first timers to GC and weren’t sure if we should stay in Rum Point or 7MB, and finding this house was the deciding factor. We rented a car to get around the island, which we saw a lot of. If we had just stayed at 7MB resort, I know we wouldn’t have done as much as we did. Being so close to Rum Point Club and Kaibo made it easy to coordinate excursions from those marinas. The place was absolutely spotless and the snorkel gear was a great added value. Having access to a washer and dryer was great, too. Lots of beach towels and a spacious kitchen was amazing. This property is well kept and the host was very responsive to our questions. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and I suggest hitting up Fosters before coming out to the Northside. There is a smaller store nearby in case you don’t have room in your rental with your luggage, but if you plan on cooking a lot, go by fosters on the way out there for more variety. We didn’t cook a whole lot - just reheated food from restaurants, and had snacks and drinks on hand. My favorite thing to do here was come out before my family woke up and read my book with coffee right on the beach… no one around. If peace is what you want, this is it!"

"We celebrated our 40th Anniversary with our adult children and their families, ages 2-65. The house was wonderful for our group. The pool was large and clean with a beautiful view. The gazebo at the end of the dock was a favorite spot to start and end the day. It was a nice surprise all the amenities provided, ie: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent plus laundry detergent and softener. Also a good amount of beach towels, pool toys and snorkel equipment.The double washer and dryer got a lot of use. The kitchen was big and well equipped. Would have liked more plastic dishes and glasses for the children. The bedrooms were nice sized and beds comfortable. The bunk room and the queen bedroom do not have closets. We shopped at Hunters near the airport for our initial main groceries. After that the smaller grocery store a few doors down had all we needed. Firewood is not available on the Island. We enjoyed Run point, Starfish cove, Kaibo beach restaurant with a beach spot for the children to play. One day we went back towards Georgetown for activities. Staying at the house, enjoying the pool, the gazebo and the sea breezes was perfect. We all agree it was the perfect family vacation and would highly recommend this home and the Host."

"Not sure where to start. It was amazing. The beach out front, hermit crabs for kids to play with, an endless pool, basically a laundromat with 4 washers and dryers! The two dishwashers and 2 large indoor trash receptacles in kitchen made taking out garbage so much easier with all the cooking being done for 11 people. Theatre room was used everyday. Neighbors nice. Enough parking out front. Well taken care of. Pizza oven out by grill did not work well. "

"Beautiful location, very quiet area, perfect sunset views. Bring water shoes if you want to get in the ocean. Minor maintenance issue came up, the property manager Clohe addressed the concern quickly and was very hospitable and helpful the entire stay."

"We were happy to return to the Harvey Nicole after 14 years! The condo has been refreshed so it felt like a new place. It was as perfect for us as a couple as it was when we brought our kids last time! We love staying on the North Side! There are plenty of places to eat, shop for groceries, and relax! We loved our stay, and Nicole is great to work with!!! "
