It was considerably less expensive than most hotels in the area (we stay in 4 stars or higher), and we had a very nice view and semi private small beach that was only a short walk to. "Great accommodations for a short term stay. Beach is easily accessible across the street and there's a fun bar/grill nearby on the beach. There was quite a bit of construction noise that detracted from our comfort but all in all it worked out for the purpose of our stay. "
