「Everything about this place was 10/10 the complex was clean, great amenities, location and the staff were super friendly. Bryan answered all our question before and during our stay. We usually stay in hotels but this was a luxury home from home. Loved every minute.」

「Great hotel, with beautiful views. I will say we had an epic fight for towels though and we didn’t see on single staff member the entire stay (over a weekend). If you’re more on the expectant side, I suggest a different location. That being said, I’d go again in heartbeat but I’d bring another towel.」

「Grand Cayman Resortが見つからないと困ったが、実はHoliday Innだった。地図通りなのだが、Pinehurst Rd.からのアクセスは予想外の展開で弱った。私有地に入り込んだ気持ちになるが遠慮なく地図通りに進めばよい。誰かに尋ねるのがベスト。 コーヒー・テイーサービス、電気ポット、電子レンジあり。 シャワーのみ。 広く、ゆつったりとくつろげる。値段も値段だし。 ホテルの前は海、対岸のRum Pointが望める。」

「コンディミディアムなので、ロビーやホテルサービス、エレベーターはないが、部屋は広く、バスルームはジャグジ付き、キッチンは食器もそろっていて充実、ネットも繋がるし、ダイビングショップが隣なので超便利だ。 歩いていける距離にコンビニやレストランもある。 隣のマリオットのレストランも利用できる、美味しく無いけどう。」

「2泊3日の旅行。 空港からタクシーで20分ほど。夜中12時前に到着。 レストランもルームサービスも終了しており、ホテル内に売店もなし。部屋の冷蔵庫にも何も入っておらず、デリバリーピザを注文しようとしたらこちらも終了。ホテルの周りに店もなく何か購入してくればよかったと後悔しました。 ホテル内プールはありますが、メインビーチとは反対側にあり砂浜はないので、メインビーチやレストランエリアに行くには1時間に1本のシャトルバスかレンタカーをしないと楽しめません。 1泊目はベットメイクがされてなく、廊下には各部屋から出たゴミが置いてあったりと、清潔な印象はありません。2泊目も外出から戻っても掃除はされていなかったので、係りの人を呼んでタオルだけ取り替えてもらいました。 他の部屋からの音がとてもうるさく耳栓なしでは眠れないほどでした。 バスルームは広くバスタブがあるのはよかったです。 ホテル内レストランはサービスがよく美味しかったです。」

「Cleaned everyday, view is not as good as it faces the ritz beach and side very noisy and busy with trucks whenever there are events on the beach. Would be nice to leave a few jugs of water ( drinkable tap water but made us all have upset stomach so not great to drink) nice to have beach chairs umbrellas and fresh beach towels.. nice beach 」

「The place was brand new! The island isn’t big and everything was close by. Fartest thing was the airport and it was 17 mins away. There was construction in the surrounding area, but didn’t bother us because we were out and about most of the day. 」
