Grandview was perfect for our family of 4. Kids are 14 & 16 and the location: pool, hot tub, beach (can’t really swim off it, but it’s pretty), location to restaurants and grocery, access to public busses, safe factor, and staff at the condos all made this a memorable vacation.

Absolutely great spot! Was so happy we chose here to stay. Great location-Just off the beaten path from all the bigger resorts so quieter but also completely walkable to all the restaurants and stores nearby. Our condo was furnished very nicely and updated and we were 3 steps from our back porch to the beach. Got to enjoy the sunset every night from our spot. Kids loved the pool and playground right on the beach as well!

Very friendly, accommodating staff without being overbearing. Grounds were exceptionally clean. Everything is close by, but it’s off the beaten path. Paradise found!

Highly recommend this quiet, beautiful condo community on seven mile beach. Walkable to restaurants & stores. Felt safe with two small children. The untouched natural beauty of the beach outside our windows made for a perfect week. At times, we felt like the only ones there. Condo was fully stocked with essentials. Reasonable in cost. We cups t say enough great things! Thank you for having our family and trusting us in your home.

We absolutely loved the Grandview Condos! We were a little leery about staying in a condo community vs a known resort like the Ritz or Marriott, but we are so glad we did! Location was perfect - central to any excursion, easy to get in and out, and close to all the food and shopping. Our unit in particular was awesome! It was upscale, clean, had all the amenities you could want, and we felt so at home. The condo complex had a great pool, hot tub, and was of course right on the beach! Could not have asked for a better stay at Grand Cayman here! We will be back for sure!

Kids voted as the best family vacation!!

Coming from our busy life of complete stress in New York to total relaxation at Grand Cayman was fastastic. Grandview was the perfect choice for me, my mother and two girls. The grounds were kept very clean and the management staff were all so friendly and helpful with our visit. We were away from the crowds at the beaches which we enjoyed the most. The unit that we stayed in was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We all felt very safe both at the condo and at the island. The kitchen at the condo was definitely put to use and we saved alot of money because of that. Highly recommend renting a car and touring the island! Driving was at first tricky (need to drive in the left lane) but got used to very quickly. It was great buying fish from the local fishermen and cooking it fresh the same day. Cant wait to plan our next trip at Grand Cayman with Grandview as being our only choice of stay. We spent a lot of quality time with the family and that's what matters the most.

We had a wonderful stay here with our two children ages 8 and 4. We had a beachfront condo that was literally steps away from the beach. Snorkeling was great right out in front of the condo!! Pool and hot tub was very nice and clean and also very close to the room. Condo was perfect, had all the amenities that we needed. Grocery shopping, restaurants, and other activities were all very close and easy to get to. I would recommend renting a car, it was fun touring around. The property was amazing, never felt crowded, you almost felt like you had the place to yourselves on occasion. If you just want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the main 7 mile beach resorts, this is the place. Staff was also great!! We will be back.

The condo was lovely. The pool and grounds were well kept and employees and staff are great. Beautiful view. Not much beach area for swimming very rocky. There a lot of traffic where you have to walk to stores and restaurants. If you don’t mind driving on left a car would be good to see rest of island. However there are buses. All and all would recommend as a place to stay.

Great location and incredibly friendly staff. Excellent snorkeling right off the beach. Huge condo with everything you could possibly need. Even Tupperware so you can pack food for a day out.

This was an absolutely beautiful property. They advertise that they’re close enough to everything but far enough away to be private is exactly right. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well appointed. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The grounds were immaculate and the pool well maintained (and we usually had it all to ourselves). Although the beach is rocky, sandy beaches are just a very short beach walk away. The best part of the beach is that it’s remarkably long and most times completely empty. Had our pick of lounge chairs, which are nicely placed, instead of jammed side by side in rows intended to cram as many people as possible. The location is incredibly convenient to everything and just so nicely secluded. We loved our stay here! Couldn’t be happier!
