「The room was clean, but outside was a little scary. We were driving home and it was late when we stopped. I paid the deposit in cash $50. I dropped off my key in the morning but forgot to ask for deposit back. When I called from home I was told that they can't mail it or credit me, I literally have to drive back there to get it. 」

「The location was excellent. The beds were hard, there was deferred maintenance everywhere. 」

「Everything was typical of what you would expect」

「The rooms are old and outdated. The rate was higher than a normal Holiday Inn Express. So was not happy」

「Bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was no Kleenex and only three pillows for a king size bed and two adults. The couch was is poor condition and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. The bath towels were more like the size of two hand towels sewn together. The staff was friendly and quick at the check-in desk. 」

「Avoid this hotel.」

「Good enough room, though not perfect but has a comfortable bed. Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. Overall, well worth the money and with a convenience store right across the street within walking distance for small items or other needs it was a great...

「Gotta be honest, between the noise from the room above us and the train horns all night, I didn't get a good nights sleep. The black out curtain didn't close all the way so we had a bright light from the front parking lot shining through the window. The final less than desirable thing was there were long black hairs in the bathroom sink and on the floor. I'll look for a different motel next time we are in the area for a gymnatics event.」

「When we entered the resident, there was half full trash can. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. All the appliances were streaked from attempted cleaning. The backyard was a mess. Kids couldn't play back there. All toys look like they were never cleaned.」

「These folks treat you RIGHT!!! Pleasant Clean, located well with choices to dine! Whenever we travel to Newton, well well stay here. No doubt!! 」

「Me and my husband had a great time staying here will visiting family and friends who live out here in Kansas 」
