「WOW!!!!!! As soon as we walked into the lobby, Joy, at the front desk greeted us with a since of JOY. She was amazing. All of the rooms have full size refrigerators, stoves and microwaves. We didn't use anything except the refrigerator. The rooms were nice and clean. The owner was outside making sure that the property looked great. He was even pulling weeds from the flower beds. 「We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. 「Cleanliness was not top notch. This reflects on the cleaning service, not the owner. The owner was great to work with and desires a clean property for her guests.」

「The site said it had an indoor pool. It had one but it was closed anyway for the season. The rooms had squeaky beds, rusty door handles, and the main door had to be slammed to close. We found long dark hair in the bed sheets, like they weren’t changed.
