「During our two day stay, on day one, the toilet would not flush and it took a whole day before anyone came to fix it. Had to go the the main level to use a restroom. Also, the onsite restarant, the Tin Lizard staff were not good servers. Drinks were empty and we felt like a burden」

「Love the staff, they were super friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable. My only issue was the sounds. It sounds like the room is sitting right next to a freeway. The cars are SO loud! Also there was an adjoining room & our 1st night had a very fussy baby & it sounded like it was in our room crying. Also the shower water pressure was a little low. Other than that….very nice hotel. Pool & hot tub were amazing.」
