The rooms were dirty, furniture was worn and in terrible condition. Looked at 3 different rooms trying to find one that didn't have ripped up mattresses.loretally giant holes that you could fit a full body in. All 3 rooms were in terrible condition. I asked for a full refund which they said I would get. I would never sleep there. The dining area wasn't clean and the main hallways were dirty and trash overflowing. I could not give this a worse rating.

Definitely needs updated and very unsafe neighborhood and people in and out of the hotel did not make the hotel feel safe. I tried to check out after I had already checked in. I am filing a claim so I can get my money back because I did not stay there. Very uncomfortable feeling from the outside surroundings

As i walked into the hotel, the overwhelming stench of sewage and feet hit me in the face. The place looks and smells like a nursing home. The best part was the vagrants waiting by the outside doors to get in without a key.. we ended up leaving and NOT staying due to the above mentioned things.

The team working onsite was amazing. Very accommodating, hospitable, welcoming and friendly. The only issue was the condition of the motel to include the rooms. Lots of interior water and physical damage to all areas. There is a heavy mildew smell and visible mold in several locations.

room 514 had a crumbling ceiling in the bathroom. Switched rooms. then room 523 whole carpet was soaked like a pipe had busted. Refused refund. It’s dirty in the whole building.

When we arrived we thought it would be downtown but actually in a business district. Didn’t feel safe as there was a home in the glass entrance area. There was a pike of poop in the parking lot. The manager was very kind and cancelled our reservation and expedia refunded our stay. Read reviews before booking!

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations based on what was shown online. The listing advertised clean rooms and a full breakfast, but the reality was quite different. The room we stayed in was not clean, and there was a strong odor of marijuana throughout the downstairs area—both inside and outside the building. The pool area was also dirty and uninviting. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
