"When we arrived at check in we were informed the hotel had no hot water and they would not have any in the next week. The cll l etc asked if Expedia had gotten in touch with us to tell us. Expedia(hotels.com) did not email, text or call. Neither did the hotel. The clerk said they would give us a refund and we agreed. We had to scramble to find another hotel on the fly. It cost more than this booking. We are very disappointed by both EXPEDIA and the hotel."

"It was an amazing trip. The kids were allowed to play in the pool and the adults at the hot tub. The breakfast was amazing and All-Star breakfast. Very nice and helpful stuff. It is also located within a casino. In case you would like to enjoy some adult time. Great for traveling I saw a lot of families on business trips. Would definitely recommend"
