"Everyone at this hotel was amazing. My brother fell in the bathroom and broke the toilet and the room started flooding. They immediately changed our room and started cleaning the mess. I was asking what the charge would be to replace the toilet. They said there is no charge for that. They were truly concerned for my brother’s safety. A terrible thing to happen on our first night there but everyone went above and beyond."

"Beds comfortable, staff nice enough. Pool was very cold, hot tub was green and jets didn't work. Sink in our room was cracked in half with an attempt at mending, but it didn't leak. Shower head was horrible but the pressure and temperature was good, and it was nice having shower amenities provided and plenty of towels. Breakfast was okay, coffee was good and hot. "

"The halls smelled of cigarettes smoke. Not sure why because all the rooms around us were non-smoking. Our neighbors next to us were very nosie, especially in the morning. Sounded like the kid or kids where bouncing off the walls. Not a lot the hotel could do about the kids. It has always been quieter on prior stays and no smoke smell."

"We got the King suite with the sofa bed. The king bed was pretty comfortable for a hotel bed and the pillows we nice as well. Room was clean with NO bugs!. Breakfast was better on Friday than Saturday and Sunday. No bacon on the weekends, just some microwaved turkey sausage patties that we kind of gross. They do have the Mini waffle maker that made really good waffles. Eggs were pretty good. Pool was nice but no hot tub. Area felt safe and easy to find. "

The space looked to be recently updated. The pool area was an older space but was still a nice way to unwind. The staff was excellent! Overall a great experience."
