「We were not able to get the room we booked because of maintenance issues. But the Baymount across the street that you book into and operated the Travel lodge were very helpful and put us in a upgrade handicap room in their hotel. My wife and I cannot extend our gratitude enough in words for Manager and her Staff for their kindness and helpfullness towards us. 」

「This dump is neither a suite nor inn. Approaching the motel you see a very large abandoned, boarded up, run down, vacant, restaurant. The motel and office are around the back. It was very difficult to tell if the place had gone out of business especially when we found the entance to the office to be LOCKED!!! After banging on the door a woman, who was the ONLY employee, came, unlocked the door and let us in to checked us in. She performed ALL duties from maid to front desk activities!!! The room...

「We liked the convenience of the hotel being right off I35. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were great. The suite was very well appointed and clean. It was nice there was a restaurant in the casino next door so we didn’t have to search for food. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we drive that way. 」
