「Very nice remodel. Everything worked great and everything you could need was in the room」

「There was at least one dog there but we only heard it once. The room was nice, bed comfortable, shower wonderful. We felt safe and secure there. Breakfast left something to be desired. Three kinds of cereal, only whole milk, no bread for toast, apples and no other fruit, pancake machine which didn’t work. 」

「False advertising We booked a suite that said it slept 7, so my family of 7 expected somewhere to sleep. When we got there we found 3 double beds. When we asked if there was a rollaway bed or a cot since there wasn't a pullout couch, or any couch, we were told that 3 people can sleep in bed. Then why not advertise the so called "suite" as a room for 9? My son slept on the floor for 2 days in a sleeping bag since we were refused any extra bedding.」

「トランスポートサービス有りの説明がありましたが、実際にはタクシーを利用して支払いはホテルという形式でした。事前に連絡が必要なので、英語が苦手な方は要注意。 部屋は静かで清潔。コンセントやUSBが何口もあり、充電に困りませんでした。従業員の方は皆優しく、安心して過ごすことが出来ました。部屋の雰囲気は好みだと思いますが、写真の通り落ち着いた感じで、若干暗いかなと感じました。全体的には快適に過ごすことが出来満足です。隣にターゲットというスーパーがあります。」

「We were in town for a funeral and had an early morning. The young men in the next room were very drunk and loud, yelling, TV blaring etc. Starting at 10:00 when the noise started, I contacted the front desk to report it multiple times. The front desk clerk at first called them to ask them to be quieter, eventually going personally to ask them to be quiet. Finally, at 1:00 I called again to insist something substantive be done. The employee suggested we pack up and move rooms in the middle...

「古いけど生活だった少し部屋の壁が薄い」

「To start the parking lot is verry small. Second it's close to the rail road so you might get woken up in the middle of the night if you are a light sleeper do to Train noise. Next, they advertise free breakfast but they did not have breakfast. I was given the excuse that it wasn't the right time of year, but your ad said free breakfast so they should have it no matter the time of year. The room itself wasn't horrible but there was some damaged tiles on the floor of the bathroom and the carpet...

「Didn't make it till 10pm room was dirty had to clean bath tub my self found stuff underneath the bed and desk and the main reason I booked here was the pool but it was not working when we got there and they didn't even tell me even though I requested a room right on the pool would stay there again but most likely will try to find somewhere better next time」
