Staff was very courteous. Floors were dirty, some kind of metal sheathing was around bed frame and it made loud noise everytime you bumped it. Couldn’t really sleep because when you would move on the bed the metal would make noise. Until around midnight you could hear the guys next door loudly partying….not a good hotel for families.

We enjoy stopping here because it's clean, the staff is friendly, it has easy access on/off the highway, and close to a gas station and grocery store.

Positives: Quiet and a new floor. Motel 6 in the 1960s and 1970s was better. If you have heard of a business operating on the cheap, well that Baymont could be the model for being the cheapest around. I suppose every chain has to have a motel at the bottom of the list but that Baymont is an embarrassment to the chain.

My stay was just about as perfect as one could ask for. Nice clean hotel at a very reasonable price. It's hard to find that combination these days. I would highly recommend the Baymont in El Dorado.

A gross hotel.

This hotel was gross. There was a ceiling square hanging down and open, very dusty, dead bugs on the floor, candy wrappers on the floor beside the beds, sticky counters, even slimy streaks of something on the front of the tv. The bathroom looked clean and the bed was comfortable,

Large room, very clean and super affordable. Room has closet space, iron, ironing board, mini fridge and microwave. They even have a little binder full of all sorts of info like local churches, nearby restaurants, amd what to do in case of tornado or some other emergency. Lau dry facility amd gym on sute as well.

I like it was available when I needed a sudden change in where I needed to stay. The fact I didn’t check in till 4am and someone was there to assist and got me my room in a timely manner. All thing I didn’t like was housekeeping came twice trying to clean before I actually checked out.

Overall it was adequete and staff was friendly and helpful. the only drawback was your hot breakfast there was not much choice and not good. I got refunded fast for the nights I didn't stay. The price was reasonable for El Dorado. You should change your lobby photo to actual lobby.

Unbeliveable showerhead with 100 water jets. Great hot water in about 20 seconds. Mimimal breakfast, no extras on par with most places. Call and ask if the pool is open.
