"Friendly staff, clean and , a good breakfast"

"Greeted with a friendly receptionist. Hotel and room clean, room at a nice temperature. Bathroon clean and well equipped. Comdortable bed with a selection of pillows. Only complaint about room 414 was it overlooked a main roundabout and there was a lot or road noise evan at 2am. Better sound proofing required. Breakfast was hot and fresh, but only small amounts brought out, so there were either no sausages or bacon ready together. By the time one of these was ready the other had run out. There was only one person looking after the buffet but she was also checking guests in nto the resteraunt. So it was no fault of hers just lack of staff."

"I submitted a complaint on Thursday regarding my stay on Wedn 13th May, no reply as yet. Stayed 3 times so far & had to be moved 3 times. 1st time wind blowing through the old window's. 2nd time no privacy curtain in bathroom, there was a rail for 1. Wedn took the biscuit though. Won't go into it until I receive a reply, suffice to say the room was VERY shabby. No TV & no heat."

"All the staff were really friendly and helpful. They ensured that we had a room near the lift and with a walk in shower as we requested. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. There was plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. The hotel is in a lovely Victorian building and very convenient for exploring Bradford city centre."

"Only used for a short stay before flying from Leeds Bradford. It was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was fine. Otherwise we only had 1 drink in the bar before an early night.it was quiet and warm. Building looked a bit sad."
