"Stay was absolutely brilliant. Loved the hotel and the city. Our room got upgraded and the room we had was massive. Very clean, all the staff were lovely and very helpful, as were all the people in Sarajevo. Will definitely be back and we would definitely stay in this hotel again. "In the room there was no mirror, only in bathroom, which is not appropriate for one 4 star hotel. Also, there was no possibility to adjust tepmerature. They only turned on heating few hours in the morning and in the evening. Telephone in the room did not work."
