"The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was no water bottles in the room, which would have been nice to have. Also on Expedia, during booking I narrowed my search to show hotel with shuttle to airport and this one was the only one but when I checked in I was informed there was no airport shuttle. The only reason I booked was for the shuttle service, otherwise I would have booked closer to the airport. "

"Room was fine. Leisure facilities poor. Main pool closed only small secondary pool open. No sauna or other spa facilities open. If we had known this week would have booked elsewhere. Breakfast was average and service poor. "

"This is not a hotel. Nor is it an apartment that is part of a hotel establishment. It’s probably the worst place to stay at. There was no air conditioning even though we begged. The management is not local and they’re here to make money and that’s it. "
