Very disappointed!! Room was very old and used up and had stains on bed sheets! Bathroom had extremely scratched faucet, shower door wasn’t sealing and water was coming out while showering, shower floor was banding underneath my feet, drain cover was completely loose, pieces of toilet paper laying on the tiles and had small flies flying from toilet seat. Hotel doesn’t have any wending machines!

The rooms are very dated with dirty carpet, smells of dump and smoke. Bathroom was very old fashioned with stained toilet and shower. Door handle broken, room had several big flys upon arrival. One week stayed rooms were not cleaned or carpet were not vacuumed. Not worth the money paid. Definitely not 4*!

Room was fine. Leisure facilities poor. Main pool closed only small secondary pool open. No sauna or other spa facilities open. If we had known this week would have booked elsewhere. Breakfast was average and service poor.

Ett stort hotell med möjlighet att ordna störa fester, tyvärr innebär det att man kan bli störd av ljud från fester och gäster. Spa avdelning inriktad på behandlingar, ingen tillgänglighet till pool eller spapool. Bar inriktad på kaffe, sparsamt med utbud av alkoholhaltiga drycker. Bra parkering. Nära till Tunnel of life. Lätt att gå till spårvagn och åka till centrum.

Rena rum. AC funkade bra. Massage behandlingen var super. Internet var kass. Sämsta med hotellet som jag var besviken på var frukost. 2 dagar serveras ej färsk bröd. Under all kritik.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Mainly because the whole places smelt so so so bad, it was just awful, I have never stayed anywhere that smelt that terrible, it made me feel sick and was hard to sleep.

This is not 4 star hotel , it's not worth what I paid for, there is only fancy entrance, rest is run down old property ,luck of maintenance, understaffed (employees are amazing) Conclusion False advertising hotel should be 2 🌟 Would I go back NO

Wow at first you think a beautiful building, a full spa, and a balcony with views are a great value for a hotel. But everything was bad. Shower drain clogged, no hot water (just barely warm water) , breakfast is very poor quality - only one salad for a health resort. Spa pool was so dirty, there were puddles of water in front of pool, I was afraid to step in and lockers don’t have locks. Very outdated equipment

⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we faced serious issues. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the staff repeatedly told us that they could not find our booking. The check-in process took a very long time, and the reservation was only eventually found after a long wait, making the beginning of our stay extremely stressful and frustrating. The customer service throughout our stay was very poor. Staff were often unhelpful and did not respond to our requests in a reasonable amount of time. For example, when we requested a baby cot, we had to wait four to five hours to receive it. In general, every request was significantly delayed, and we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously. The room itself also had issues, as the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed properly. The breakfast was not good and did not meet expectations, especially for my wife, who was very disappointed with the quality and variety. Housekeeping was also very disappointing. Staff entered the room without proper notice or knocking, even when we were sleeping, which was very intrusive and unacceptable. The worst part of our stay was the constant noise. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, there was continuous disturbance, including noise from children and other guests, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor organization, poor customer se

The bathrooms need to be updated as the tubs are too deep and the smaller rooms shower bed is too flimsy Also, the faucet was spraying all over the place instead in the sink TV was way too small for the room Overall, I was not too happy as my room was downgraded to accommodate my dad’s limited ability to move and use the bathroom in the bigger room (hence deep tub) and was given a smaller room with no money back I will not stay here again

Horrible

It was a horrible experience for us. Temperature was 6 degree celcius outside we asked them to activate heating of the air conditioner they said that it is a normal weather for them and they can only activate during winter. We lived under our blankets for 3 days. They are asking extra fee if you want thermal treatment as well. It is not included in the normal hotel booking. Overall, the first 3 days of our bosnia trip was horrible. Thank you Terme for making this happened.
