Stayed here for 1 night before our early morning flight. Location is great next to airport to catch your flight, though hotel cleanliness is questionable. Would not recommend staying here, due to poor maintenance and cleaning . Bathroom was not properly cleaned, shower head was gross with brown deposits on it, stained carpets, torn sheer curtains.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. We stayed for one night to be closer to Sarajevo Airport for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, and the free on site parking was a great plus. Although the AC wasn’t working, we were able to open the windows for a comfortable stay. Since we had to leave before breakfast was served, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us, which we truly appreciated. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel well taken care of. Excellent service and genuine hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay closer to SJJ airport.

It's a lovely old property with large rooms & set in beautiful grounds, however it does look a bit tired & worn in places. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the shopping area with a few bars & restaurants but overall it is mainly conveniently located for the airport which is about 8 mins in a taxi.

Great hotel and great staff. The only thing is that it is a bit far away from the city centre. However, there are plenty of transportation options. It is very close to the airport. The breakfast is amazing. The beds are great, and the rooms are much better than the photos.
