Positiv: grosse geräumige Zimmer. Grosses Bad mit Bademänteln und Badeschlappen. Lage des Hotels (wobei leider aktuell rundherum alles voller Baustellen und Baulärm ist). Negativ: Bei Ankunft gleich mehrere Lampen im Zimmer mit kaputter Birne (wurden auf Nachfrage ausgetauscht/repariert). Die Küchenzeile/Bar ohne irgendeinen Flaschenöffner, Besteck, Teller... Kein Tee oder Kaffekocher/Kaffemaschine, keine Tassen... Vorhanden war nur ein Minikühlschrank der nicht abgeschalteten war und 4 (unterschiedliche) Gläser, DAS war's an Küchenausstattung. (Vor 4 Jahren waren wir ebenfalls im Hotel Vucko, damals war die Zimmerausstattung sowie das Frühstücksangebot WESENTLICH besser!) Zum Frühstück nur eine Sorte Weissbrot, eine Sorte Marmelade, kein Nutella o.ä., kein Kakao (für die Kinder) auch nicht auf Nachfrage...! Für ein 4*** Hotel enttäuschend! (Wie gesagt vor 4 Jahren deutlich besser) Das gesamte Ski/Wander-Gebiet ist derzeit eine einzige, riesige Baustelle.

Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel

In the room there was no mirror, only in bathroom, which is not appropriate for one 4 star hotel. Also, there was no possibility to adjust tepmerature. They only turned on heating few hours in the morning and in the evening. Telephone in the room did not work.

Good deal for the price

A great spot to stay while on Jahorina and good deal for the price I paid, but some of the rooms could use some renovations, including the room I was in. Even a new paint job would go a long way. Would stay here again.

Don’t bother!!

I would not recommend staying here, it’s a bit light sleeping in an airport runway with all the lights that are flashing through the night. Went to shut the door when we entered the room and the door handle fell off. The hairdryer on the wall was hanging by a tread and very dangerous. God know if your over 60 how you get In and out of the shower, the bath tub is so high and there is no handle or rail. There was no shower curtain so the floor was soaking and very dangerous. This hotel needs to be maintained at a good standard for it to be anywhere near 4 starts.

Dejligt ophold på et skiresort om sommeren

Dejligt femstjernet ophold på et skiresort om sommeren. Hotellet var fint og rent - kan især anbefale spaen hvor vi begge fik behandlinger til overkommelig pris. Maden var ikke gourmet og hotellet halvtomt på grund af at det var uden for sæson. Vær opmærksom på hvis du ikke kommer i bil og kommer uden for sæson er det meget meget dyrt at tage en taxa (75 euro) og der går intet offentlig transport.

Ski holiday

Positives....nice clean room, food amazing, staff are very helpful and friendly, location to the slopes is perfect, ski school and ski shop on site, nice spa for after skiing but they charge 10 euros. Negatives....the only real negative for me is the terrible smoke filled bar. It would be great if they could create a no smoking section as my throat was sore after the week. The same in every bar unfortunately. The other negative is the pillows ...they were not very comfortable at all.
