「Requested a handicapped room and was not given one. Ended up slipping and falling in the shower. Overall was just ok. Wish the would have payed attention to the request for handicap accessibility.」

「Staff was probably the FRIENDLIEST I have ever experienced at a motel/hotel. Super nice and down to earth. They made feel like I was part of their family or something, it was touching. Property is super great too! Really cute and lots of newly remodeled stuff. Definitely plan to come back when I need a place in Jackson!」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to be gluten free so the breakfast variety was excellent. Lots for everyone to choose from. The only thing I felt they needed to improve was the cleanliness of the pool and outside area. Water looked clean but algae could be seen on the walls of pool and hot tub.」

「Silver Lake is a beautiful location and having cabins to rent on the lake side is pretty special. The cabins are old and rather quirky, but you can over look some inconveniences, like luke warm water, missing chairs for dining, no plugs in the sinks and even a mouse in your room. But when we checked in they charge me for the room even though I had paid for it . I had to find my credit card bill to show I had paid for the room. Once I showed them my credit card statement they refunded the money...

「The owner, Betsy, was kind, generous, attentive, and helpful. Her property is well taken care of and well appointed. The views are at least as beautiful as the pictures show, and her house is very close to the town of Sutter Creek. I hope I get to stay again.」
