「Eden Vale is a hidden gem! We accidentally stumbled across the Inn while looking for accommodations close to Roseville. The location is closer to Placerville, but not far from Roseville. Small and quaint, the staff was courteous and attentive. The room was beautiful and we even had an outdoor tub (private). We will definitely be back when we visit the area! 」

My only critique: my partner and I are both 6 feet tall and we unfortunately booked a room at the top with a downward sloping ceiling at multiple places. 「We had a change of plans for our road trip and found this delightful B and B at the last minute. We were very pleasantly surprised; the property is beautiful architecturally, the hosts were really gracious and welcoming, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Murphy's is a little foodie haven with a bunch of local cellar doors open to the public, and historic goldrush era buildings in the surrounding villages. The proper owners were very polite and willing to share all that they have to offer. The stay was very peaceful and warm. It Made us Feel like weWere visiting our grandma. We are definitely going to stay there again. We feel like we have made new Friends at the peaceful paradise.」

「Bed and Berries is a great place for families visiting the region. It was our first trip to the area and Sheri met us with her signature chocolate strawberries and lots of suggestions on which wineries are best and places to eat. Everyday a new sweet treat welcomed us from our day trips. Pool was a must in the afternoons as it was unusually hot. We highly recommend.」
