「海から近く、オーシャンビューの部屋を選び、正解でした。 部屋も広く、バルコニーにもテーブル、椅子が備え付けられているのも嬉しいポイント。値段も日本のホテルと比べれば割安です。 ホテル内の内装がかなり豪華でシャレている。 朝食と夕食をホテル内のレストランを利用しましたが、ビュッフェの種類の豊富さに驚きました。しかも美味しかったです。時間によってはピアノの演奏を聴けたり。 TITSAのバス停から歩いて向かったため、ホテルへの入口の入り方には迷いました。海側に入口がありました。変なところで、ケチってしまいましたが、基本的にはタクシーでのアクセスがおすすめです笑」

「Surrounded by the golf course made it quiet and pleasant. It's about a 15 minute walk to the sea front but the walk is pleasant. Also an option for Taxi scooters which hang around by reception. Hotel itself had plenty to do. The room was incredible, plenty of space, great bed and slept well. Would stay again 」

「Nous n’avons pas aimé devoir demander à ce que la chambre soit faite au bout du 3 eme jour. L’hotel est bruyant le soir tard, les clients ne respectent pas les autres et l’hotel ne fait pas respecter le calme. Le personnel est tres gentil, de l’accueil aux agents de services et aux cuisiniers. 」

「From the moment we arrived all the staff made us feel so welcome. This continued throughout the whole stay. The hotel is immaculately maintained and the staff polite, friendly and always on hand to help. The pool is a great temperature and the feature of booking sun beds means there’s always a lounger available. The place is quiet and relaxing with food to suit everyone. There’s a great art gallery and small market stalls with local sellers with handmade or quality items. 」

「Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. De kamers en gemeenschappelijke delen worden perfect onderhouden. Een zeer uitgebreid buffet, maar omdat ze altijd zoveel aanbieden, lijkt het altijd wel meer van hetzelfde. Maar dan krijg je ook weer de kans om een aantal keren à la carte te gaan eten, wat een mooie afwisseling biedt. Ik vind het wel spijtig dat elke maaltijd gereserveerd moet worden. Het neemt de spontaniteit weg uit jouw vakantie. Het hotel ligt ook wel wat afgelegen, wat rust...

「とてもきれいなホテルです。数多くのプールでとても楽しめました！ 残念だったのは、子供向けアクテビティ（4歳から利用可能と表記）について事前に電話で問い合わせたところ、4歳以下でも保護者同伴で利用可能と言われましたが、実際には参加を断られました。またレストランが4つありますが、1つは休業、2つは似通った内容のブッフェ、1つはすぐ予約が埋まり利用が難しいため、ご飯には少し飽きが来ます。」

「Nice small resort with a very cosy and friendly feel. We had a 2 bed apartment with jacuzzi on the balcony. Very comfortable and catered for all our needs 」

「We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the apartment was clean and well equipped. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable but that could be my preference, the apartment was also at the top of a hill incase people struggle with mobility. The large pool was also closed for renovation works, we managed to get a sunbed around the small pool but I suspect people will struggle in the busier months. Close to bus stops and the reception team were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would stay again !」

「Enough space room, not big but nice pool and nice pool bar, I was satisfied everything in case of this price. Location was also good, very close to the beach area and a lot of restaurant. I recommended to visit local restaurants along beach side. For the young couple, it’s better to stay at las Americas area to enjoy night life, but for the family, here is good. Definitely I would like to use this hotel again.」
