気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The breakfast and dinner staff were rude and disrespectful to me singling me out with their rudeness. For the entire duration I was made to feel I should not be there. I film the cleaning staff using my toothbrush to clean the toilet, after I left a google review that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom during my first few days. All in all, there was mould all around the bathroom terrible if you have young children, the room was in disrepair, the light fittings were full of dead flies, the room showed signs of major structural movement, which was then confirmed during my second week when they started major repairs on another block for the same problem which I have photos of also, I have worked in construction for 25 years and I am a chartered building engineer also among other things, they broke out the balconies on 4 floors and proceeded to demolish and rebuild with dust from their work puffing out in to the central pool area to all the guests amazement, with heavy grinding, drilling all day. The floor in the room was extremely warm, the shower glass was caked in dirt as many elements in the bathroom. I observed many guest complaining about the state of their rooms and the condition of air conditioning and in my instance the room phone was completely out of use. The closet sliding door was also out of use and would not move. The room showed clear signs that it had been broken in to in the past which I also have photos of, my room cards stopped working beyond daily.
