デザート ヒルズ エステーツ ホテル

「The stary was beautiful - My room faced the sunset each night and I could see from the comfort of my room or down at the pool. Everyone treated me with excellent service. Clean room. Amazing staff- Loved the Bingo and casino options and the food options were plenty. I will return to this establishment.」

「The room was clean, they only clean every other day on long stays, which was fine with us. The room was noisy at times because of the airport, mostly when fighter jets took off during the day. Also, because of heavy room doors that are impossible to close quietly. We had one night where a group arrived and talked all night, opening and closing doors with young children yelling until 3:00 am.」

「Excellent, We like it very mucho」

「Signature suite seemed like it was updated but there were some odd features. Shelving in the kitchen with no shelves? Black tar like on the wood floors. Queen duvet in a king cover. An extreme amount of extra blank space in bathroom but shower and toilet were crammed together with no toilet paper holder. We called for an early check in which was not possible. We waited for several hours after we arrived at noon with only the pool bar serving minimal food choices. When inquired on where we were...

「The outlet is loose and difficult to use. The water pressure in the shower is very weak.」

「This is out 3rd visit here, part of the hotel was closed off for renovations which was a little noisy as they started early, our room had a broken pane of glass in the outside, not the inside, the coffee machine was not working, they provided a carafe next to it, but not every morning, breakfast at the 19th hole was awesome as always, i live this place and will go again but it needs a little updating in general」

「I spent a really good time at the hotel and the location was perfect!」

「Eveything was a good stay. The room was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.」
