Jul 23, 2019I felt claustrophobic 10 minutes into the underground city. My friend felt it wasn’t safe to be in narrow passages with so many tourists stuck in front us and after us. We left.

The most wonderful staff and absolutely beautiful hotel. We booked the design suite with the bath and enjoyed that very much given the cold weather. We loved the pet friendliness as we were able to hang out with sweet dogs and cats while we were there. Really recommend this hotel - you won’t be disappointed!
