I felt claustrophobic 10 minutes into the underground city. My friend felt it wasn’t safe to be in narrow passages with so many tourists stuck in front us and after us. We left.

Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.
