「The staff were so caring and extremely helpful. My husband had food poisoning and they helped bring a doctor to our hotel and did everything they could to make sure my husband is well taken care of. 「素敵なお部屋。広くて清潔で景色も良く　スタッフも礼儀正しく、隣接するショッピングモールはネヴシェヒルのランドマークでレストランもたくさんあります。空港からも有料ですが送迎があるので安心。洞窟ホテルも素敵だけど　こういうホテルは日本人の私には　とても安心感があり快適です」

「The hotel was clean. It is a rather new building with hitech equipment. There was a wedding hosted the Saturday we checked in, so there were lots more people present and noise, which was not really an issue to us. The meals were good, with limited variety. Will have no issue staying there again.」
