The room was excellent and grounds well maintained. We loved our stay here. One small change would have been some local food in the restaurant in the evening as was totally Japanese. "Asim in front desk was really awesome . I left my phone in the taxi I arrived and she was able to track it down and got the driver to drop it back to us . Hotel is amazing with walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping . Ballon viewing from the terrace in the AM was truly magically when over 100 balloons in the air . Breakfast in the morning was good as well ! We will definitely stay here when we come back . "

"This accommodation was unique and our room was pleasant, but we found it noisy. The staff were lovely, but spoke limited English. So it was difficult to communicate. The TV was difficult to operate and it seemed like you had to pay to watch a channel. Lighting in the room was limited. We stayed for two nights and our room was not serviced the next day, which was disappointing. The breakfast was lovely, but the dinner options at the restaurant were very limited and there were very little options...
