The reception is open 24/7 and able to answer any question you have regarding your stay. The owner Hasan and his family made the stay even more memorable with the exceptional hospitality. They happily provided prayer mats when we requested them. Osman arranged our hot air balloon flight that truly was the highlight of the trip! They were very proactive and informed us of all the activities there is to do in Goreme. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast area has stunning views of Goreme and had many delicious options. There are many sitting areas around the hotel conveniently near the rooms where we brought snacks and drinks and enjoyed relaxing there. In addition, those same sitting areas provide exceptional views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The hotel is near the center without being too noisy or busy. Truly the best hotel in Goreme. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends who plan on visiting Goreme. Do not think twice before booking this hotel as you surely will have an amazing experience."
