Great spot as so close to the main road with restaurants, shops and just a walk up to su site point to watch the balloons. Great service from start to finish as front desk provided good info and arranged out transport to and from the airport for a very reasonable $. Thanks to Fatima as she served us wonderful Turkish coffee, tea and breakfast with a welcome smile every day to start our day.

When you dream of Cappaddocia this hotel is what you imagine. We stayed in a cave suite and what an experience! Gorgeous soft lighting with space that made you forget you were under the ground! The bathroom amenities and free standing bath are lovely touches. The pool area was another highlight. After a day of wandering the local area to have this idyllic space with sauna was ideal. The position of the hotel is perfectly poised to explore all Goreme has to offer. The restaurant overlooks the village and the food is of a high quality. My only question over this hotel being perfect was the breakfast. Having travelled from Istanbul and onto Antalya the spread at breakfast could be improved. The inclusion of more juices, labelling of items (I'm vegetarian and it wasn't always clear of what got options I could have) and the fact the sweets table never varied was the only minor let down. Everything about the hotel screams oppulence apart from this. With small tweaks I truly believe this could be a 5 star hotel!

The cave room was incredibly unique and beautifully designed with a modern touch. As an added bonus, we really enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Each morning we looked forward to breakfast at the top of the hotel. The food was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. This stay truly added to our overall experience and made our trip to Cappadocia even more special.

We stayed at the Carus Cappadocia for one night on our visit to the area. The hotel is built into a cave. Our room was comfortable and the service was good. The Turkish Breakfast they serve has so many choices. It was fresh and good. The hotel is close to the minaret of a mosque so you will hear the call to prayer in the morning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carus Cappadocia, and would love to come back. The rooms were cozy and luxurious, and we loved the extra touches like exfoliating mitts, bathrobes, and ceramic espresso cups. The hotel staff were very helpful and arranged a few bookings for us, and even sent a cab to pick us up after a short hike. We concluded that the terrace has the best view in town, from enjoying morning coffee with a kitten to wine by the fire at night. Five stars!!

Carus Cappadocia Hotel is a beautiful cave hotel in the centre of Goreme. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with amazing views over the town and the geological structures. Our room had a balcony which we were able to use and sit in the sunshine. Highly recommended.

This hotel was honestly fantastic in every way that I can imagine. The location is perfectly central, although you could be up on top of the hill, possibly with better views. But the rooftop view, where the restaurant is located, is genuinely spectacular. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The service at the restaurant is so friendly, it’s almost over the top. The photos from the rooftop pool, lounges, and restaurant are world class. The room was great, with a great bed, a good bathroom, good shower. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carus. The location could not have been better, it is a close to all the shops and restaurants. The terraces were a highlight, with beautiful views of the hot air balloons in the morning and stunning sunsets in the evening. The staff made the experience even better, especially Fatma at breakfast. She was always warm and attentive, making sure each morning started off great.
