Our superior room was very spacious and we really enjoyed our outside patio. The hotel is part way up a hill but close to the town centre. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property, great staff and service. Unique experience staying in a cave suite. Spa is great: steam room, sauna, cold plunge, Turkish bath and pool. Wonderful views from our suite patio. Excellent buffet breakfasts. Great location in town center up the hill for great views, and near restaurants, shopping, activities.

もしまたカッパドキアに行く時はまたこちらのホテルに滞在したいです。ホテルのテラスから見える夜景・朝焼けの気球はとても素晴らしいものでした。ホテルのスタッフの方々は皆親切で優しく、ゲストのサポートをしてくれます。私たちはチェックアウト後、夜中のフライトだったのですがフライトまで荷物を預かっていてくれたり、ホテル内を自由に使わせてくれました。このホテルの方々のホスピタリティサービスにはとても感動しました。ホテルの案内とともにトルコ絨毯の説明もしてくれます。めったに聞けることのない貴重な体験であり、とても興味深いのでこのホテルに滞在し様々な経験をすることを強くおすすめします！！

I liked the unique cave-style rooms and the peaceful atmosphere. A special experience was waking up in a cave room and stepping outside to see dozens of hot air balloons rising over the surreal landscape.

This hotel was great! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, and were very quick to respond to our Whatsapp questions before we arrived. The property is extraordinary. We especially enjoyed exploring all the different areas: terraces, roof decks, spa area, museum, and cosy nooks all over the place -- just magical! Highly recommend this place - otherworldly in the best possible way!
