「Enjoyed our stay, cottage is welcoming and attention to detail appreciated. Very clean and everything you need is thought of. Garden is nice and well kept. Only down side is having no parking, but owner has arranged parking at nearby water park, but this was a little problematic for us. There is quite a bit of road noise as it’s on a relatively busy road, but maybe we notice it more as we live in a very rural location with no traffic and are not used to it. But would def stay again, thank you....

「The property was very nice, pretty much the nicest place I have ever stayed. Very comfortable, very clean, well stocked with essentials. I highly recommend this place.」

「It is a charming Georgian cottage. Very clean. Great location, able to easily walk to Angel Hill, Cathedral and many restaurants - and close to getting onto major roadways. The interior stairs are steep, unable to get our suitcases upstairs. Bathroom is lovely, modern and clean, but could use a floor mat as floor is slippery getting in/out of shower. But overall a lovely property. Thank you!」

「Best Holiday possible. Colin was a treasure. Welcoming notes fresh desert wine and fruit was left for us. Felt like home.」

「We needed a property big enough to accommodate 13 people and Bellropes was perfect. Great kitchen, big enough to seat everyone and fully equipped with everything we needed. Garden was huge and being able to get to the beach was an added bonus, if a little further away than the 5 minutes stated.Would definitely recommend for large families wanting a homely place to get-together.Garde 」

「We absolutely loved our stay in Little Oaks over the new year! We always try to book somewhere peaceful to escape NYE fireworks with our nervous dog and this location was perfect - so peaceful! Rob was very friendly and helpful. The cottage was great - lovely and warm with a full kitchen, comfy bed and great shower. Thank you for a great stay! 」

「The property itself was great, very well equipped, comfortable and has a great view of the river. The information left for us was vey useful and we took advantage of the pizzas at the nearby pub which were excellent. The only down side is the parking. We parked in the designated space but other people park in places which block the roadway or make getting out difficult. Unfortunately the property owner does not have any control over these inconsiderate people but it is something to be aware of...
