「Our suite was spacious, very clean and relaxing. All of the staff, from the desk, to housekeeping, to custodial, were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The only thing that I would suggest as an improvement would be to add bins for recycling, as I know that we want to leave as little garbage as possible when we travel.」

「The toilet in my room was clogged, but it took two days for support to arrive. During that time, I had to use the toilet at a nearby shopping center. Two days later, on the morning of the final day, the toilet was clogged again.
I felt a little cold when I used the shower because the water flow was weak. This was probably due to the low water pressure.」
