As a single mom, I really cherish these trips with my daughters — they’re relaxing, memorable, and always feel special. I only wish I could afford to come more often! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and so close to Zion. Already looking forward to our next visit.」
「There was a little mix up in getting the access code but everything else was perfect. Perfect location to walk around Springdale and to catch the shuttle to Zion. Cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again soon. 」
「We had an awesome stay at this property at the end of July 2025. Ignore the bad reviews saying it’s a construction site. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the pool is safe and clean. The newly renovated rooms are super clean and well appointed. Would stay again!」
「There are not so many tables in the breakfast restaurant and if you arrive there a bit late (like 7:15 which is only 15 mins after opening) you have to wait for several to 10 mins or take away your foods. As the National park car park gets full at as early as 8 am, breakfast services must be improved like starting from 6:30.」
