It definitely feels like you’re visiting a family member and they have a large extra room for you to stay in. I enjoyed the tea as well as the dining room. The proximity to Zion was exceptional.

This is a pretty unique place. You feel like going home rather than going to a hotel. The room is beautifully decorated and the staff is very nice. Breakfast was awesome.

We loved the Novel House. Great location. Walkable to downtown and shuttle into Zion. Great owners. So accommodating and friendly! Breakfast wasn’t onsite but they give you vouchers for local restaurants. Very nice touch!! There were also friendly little deer that made an appearance daily 😊. It was our last stop before returning to Vegas and we definitely saved the best for last!

Incredibly friendly and helpful owner, really apoeeciated him lending us few things to make up packed lunches. Great quiet location and handy to walk to restaurants and shuttle bus. Super clean and was handy having access to fridge / freezer down 8n the lounge area. Rooms were decorated with obvious care but our bed was creaky/noisy , possibly needs updated. And it's first time I have written that the shower was too powerful! Was actually painful! Not sure if the pressure could be adjusted? But really lovely accommodation and would recommend it

We loved the location for restaurants and even walking to the Park(1mile). It is close to a shuttle stop and very convenient! The breakfast is provided by vouchers to either of 2 local restaurants. It was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Everything was perfect, clean and the complimentary breakfast at Oscars was very good we end up having dinner there as well. Excellent location to Zion National park!

The location of the Inn was great for access to the park via the available shuttle system. Our room was very well appointed and the afternoon cookies and lemonade were a treat after a long day of hiking in the park.

Great location, nice & quiet and within walking distance of restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows where perfect for a great sleep. An added bonus was the deer coming around while enjoying the outside property. The Oscar's café and Porters restaurant options for breakfast where great also. Definitely will return to this place when I come back to Springdale for my Zion trip.

This place was an amazing respite with a perfect location in Springdale. We parked our car and never had to drive again the whole time we were there. Everything is close and the hospitality here is amazing! Best deal in all of the Zion area!

Adorable, clean and tastefully decorated little inn, right off the main road. Walking distance to shuttle stop for Zion, many restaurants, and the grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!
