「Staff were fab, food good and very well priced. Room clean and comfy but oh boy the walls were so thin! We could hear the the sound of just about everything next door… including the quietest intake of breath!!」

「There were faeces in the toilet, and the bowl was disgustingly filthy. The duvet cover and the spoons were dirty. Because the housekeepers had finished their shift, the receptionist had to clean the toilet bowl and change the duvet. I've stayed at this hotel before in the same room and it was spotless, hence my return there. I definitely won't be staying there again.」
