"The young lady at the front desk Samantha was exceptionally nice and accommodating to our needs especially when she arranged our accommodation to the 1st floor. The elevator was not in service and this was a plus on her part. The room was nice but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the noise from the freeway was horrible. There should be more people like Samantha representing these hotels."

"This was agreat stay and the staff were all excellent. The only downside is the pool was very small, like barely the size of a personal pool and since they did the resort pass option for the hotel it filled up quickly to the point where there was no room inside or outside of the pool. So if you are coming with the plan of having a pool day it may not be the best option but for all other stays in down town Fort Worth it was excellent."
