「We were able to check into the room early so that was nice. The view was nice. There was no remote for the AC unit (suite 2) the fireplace would fall right out. The smoke detector went off in our room, I think because another suite set their smoke detector off. I messaged the staff via Expedia app and also texted the resort directly when I required assistance. No response at all so that was very disappointing. Thus resort had no front office, no lobby or restaurant so next time we will stay...

We found ourselves alone in the building and tried a couple of rooms before finding ours, as we were not given a room number. The room was spacious, bright and clean. 「Great overall. Second visit here. First visit was perfect, second visit - there’s no flip flops available. Kind of at a shock as they had it when I first visited them. They said it’s out of stock, did not expect them to run out of slippers at a lodge. Great experience overall though」
