「ベッドメイキングの清掃員がお客さんが乗っているエレベーターにワ ゴンごと乗ってきてお客さんを待たせるのは初めての経験でした。客室は広く快適ですが、シーツにきれいにアイロンがかかっていない感じだったのと、朝食の質が低かったのは残念でした。」

「Upon arrival Galina met us to assist with check in. Since no one was staying in the suite he upgraded us at no charge! What a surprise! The suite had a separate entrance and was beautiful! Anything you could want and more was there. It was super clean, quiet and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and great location. Thank you again!! 」

「Overall excellent stay. We were there for a hockey tournament and it was nice to be close to the rinks and all shopping and dining. The host is very responsive and accomodating. I can't say the stay is perfect though. There is some noise from the upstairs and heating system but it's very minimal and didn't bother us. The beds are foam mattresses which are decent. Would be nice to have some board games and playing cards. While the TV is a smart tv, it's a pretty cheap one with poor audio visual....
