「Great views from this unit…would not want to stay in any unit that wasn’t on the top floor, despite having to climb steps. We got lucky and didn’t have anyone staying on either side of us. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach there was just gorgeous. Caught flounder out front. Loved being close to Fort Macon and Amos Mosquitos! I had questions several times for the property manager and she was super quick to respond…like within minutes! Very impressed by her helpfulness.」

「We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really liked this property. The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. We walked to the circle in the morning to get coffee and a walk on the beach. The property does have some age and little things showed the age, but it was very clean. 「When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10.」
