A great hotel wth lots of character and charm. Excellent spacious suites with all necessary amenities. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The free shuttle bus to the village is a real bonus. A great place to stay during a visit to Palisades.

We believe the receptionist was not a customer oriented person. I forgot my phone charger and she wanted to charge me $15.00 to send it to me As courtesy they should absorb that cost for their repeating customers.

Heating radiator system confusing. Could use simple repairs like removing peeling border wallpaper, patching cracked plaster ceilings and updating the elevator appearance. But all worked and bed was comfortable.
