"The bathroom was dirty, the pillow cases were dirty, there was a cigarette ash on the carpet and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. We checked in, found the room in this condition and asked for a new room. They did not have a new room so we had to leave and check in to a different hotel. I’m trying to get Expedia to refund my money but the hotel is not cooperating. "

"Rooms are ok but our first room was dirty and fridge and lights weren’t working properly so we had to be moved. Breakfast was repetitive but ok. Tv was old and had no access to apps so that was strange as the hotel seems to be semi renovated. Staff was nice but wasn’t there constantly (that was strange).
We go to visit family every 6 months so stayed 4 days. Every night there was issues with noises at any time of the night whoch was disappointing as we
Liked the hotel in general. The hotel we normally ztay at was packed so we wanted to try this on this last minute trip.
Could we stay there, yes…would it be our first or second choice, not necessarily. Not bad per se but not amazing. Maybe for a night but not for and extrended period. "
