"The hotel housed homeless individuals. People were smoking and drinking all around the hotel. I felt unsafe. I didn’t feel comfortable being on the first floor and didn’t want to leave my car unattended. I observed drug use and sales in and around the hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay. The room smelled of cigarettes and I had bedbugs. "

"During my stay I was atrociously astounded with reservation completed. Upon my arrival the entry door glass was broken and hard to open, the elevator was not in order. My room was on the third floor. As I entered the stairwell I was repulsed by the stench and foul odor crack and cigarette and some masking funk. The hallways were filled with funk and smoke the carpets were stsined and the walls were singed and filled with dim lighting and con webs. Amen. Also my room beds had broken box springs...
