Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.」

「We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. We are in our 40's and we survived. lol We mainly used the apartment...

「We enjoyed our time in Yves' lovely apartment. It had everything one needs for a 2 week stay. The location was excellent with great restaurants close by. Main tourist attractions we saw by walking and the rest by metro, which were only 5 minutes away. The Nespresso Ventuo made really good coffee. We found a shop in Marais for those larger pods. The only issue is the checking in process where it is very difficult to see the codes to access the keys, as it sits in a mailbox. But we managed it...

「The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and safe. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The area is fairly quiet, though we’re used to noisy Chicago. It was challenging to shower, but we managed. The location is great! It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and the train. It was easy to get around Paris from this location. The host was courteous and provided clear instructions on how to access the place. We would certainly stay here again.」
