"Spa gloomy, steam room smelt of damp and no private changing cubicles. Afternoon tea was terrible with stale sandwiches and little filling. Room had comfortable bed but no phone to contact reception, no robes, no AC, no fridge, heated towel rail didn’t work. "

"The Hotel needs a makeover for sure. Dinner was awful and breakfast was even worse. The room was very basic and the shower had stains on the shower tray I’d only stay there again at a very last resort. "

"Hotel didn’t look anything like the photos shown!! 1st room was greeted in the bed with ants! To be told at reception they would “upgrade” me!! Upgraded room was no better! Shower seal was green! Splats all over the carpet! Everything about it was awful!! "

"A very complicated way from the Airport. First with train, than Tube, than another train and at last with a Bus. The Code for the key was not correct and I first ask a neighbor for help. A few minutes later a young man came out and tell us that the code was changed. He don't introduce himself and we thought, that's only a neighbor. But later I thought he was the owner. He turned off the heater every day. The apartment was much small for 3 poeple. I never would stay there again."
