「とても素敵なホテルでしたが、到着時間はお伝えしていたのに自転車レースをやっていて通行止めの時間で、タクシーを途中で降ろされてしまいました。あらかじめ教えていただきたかったです。下ろされた場所まで迎えをお願いしても(子供が具合が悪かったのもその前に伝えていたはずなのに)外で30分待たされました。その後買い物に行きたくても山道を降る説明をされましたが、レースのためか道がありませんでした。送迎サービスがあると良かったように思います。」
