A nice mountain hotel

Wonderful hotel but front desk staff could be a bit more attentive. I left my only warm jacket and called about two hoted after check out while still not to far and asked the front desk to check the room for my jacket. They said it was not turned in and would check and call of they find it. FIVE DAYS LATER they call to day they found it in the room. By that time i purchased a new jacket since I didn’t hear back. Now they want my credit card to send it to me. This is not what a expected form a five star hotel. Truly disspointed.

Great location and exceptionally helpful staff. The shuttle service around the resort was fabulous. Room was as very comfortable with a lot of useful storage. The only downside is that the spa area and pool were a little small and tired with nowhere to really lounge by the pool. The rest of the amenities overwhelmingly made up for that aspect. Will certainly return!

Déçu de mon séjour

Très déçu de mon séjour . Client habitué de cet hôtel , j’ai pris une chambre côté nord . Nous étions au 4ème étage et avons dû prendre les escaliers (porter la valise) car l’ascenseur était en panne . Le spa n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles ! Piscine eau froide .. jacuzzi eau froide .. hammam froid ! Pire pas de machine à café dans la chambre . Habitué des hôtels dans cette station suis vraiment déçu de mon séjour et du rapport qualité/prix

Viele technische Defekte - werden einfach nicht repariert. Service im 5 Stern-Restaurant reicht für McDonalds. Apathische Mannschaft an der Rezeption. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen - zumindest nicht als 5 Stern - Haus.

Wir waren für eine Nacht So auf Mo im Hotel. Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut um umfangreich. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr ruhig, aber in Gehdistanz ins Dorf. Was man wissen sollte: unser Zimmer hatte eine Badwanne; auch zum Duschen. Der Einstieg über den Wannenrand wäre nichts für ältere Personen, welche nicht mehr ganz so gelenkig sind. Das Bad insgesamt war aber recht geräumig. Parkplatz vor dem Haus (ich vermute aber, das Hotel war nicht mehr voll belegt). Am Abend gab es einen Aufdeckservice, was sehr angenehm war. Wir duschten am Abend nach dem Einchecken bevor wir ins Dorf zum Nachtessen gingen. Der Aufdeckservice hat die Dusch- und Handtücher gewechselt. Dies ist zwar sehr aufmerksam, aber war etwas "too much". Klar ist es ein 5* Hotel und wird dem Standard absolut gerecht, aber gerade mit der aktuellen Energiespar-Diskussion, wäre es kein Problem die (benutzten) Dusch- und Handtücher nicht zu wechseln. Dies ist aber eher ein "Branchenproblem", da oft Tücher gewechselt werden, welche nicht am Boden liegen und gemäss Infoblatt im Hotelzimmer nur Tücher gewechselt würden, welche eben am Boden liegen. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
